Koorda Show Stallholder Induction Guide

Welcome to the Koorda Show! We are thrilled to have you as a valued stallholder for this year’s event. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth setup and operation for the day.

1. Bump-In (Setup)

Bump-In Time: Stallholders are required to arrive between 8:30 am and 9:00 am to allow sufficient time for setup before the show opens to the public at 10:00 am.

Check-In: Upon arrival, please check in at the office, where you will be directed to your assigned location.

Setup Deadline: All stalls must be fully set up and operational by 9:45 am to ensure everything is ready for the 10:00 am public opening.

2. Operating Hours

 The show will be open to the public from 10:00 am

 Stallholders are expected to staff their stalls during the day and interact with visitors. We encourage everyone to make the most of this time to promote and sell their products or services.

3. Bump-Out (Pack-Up)

Bump-Out Time: Pack-Up is not permitted before 4:30 pm to ensure all visitors have the opportunity to engage with your stall until the end of the show. Stallholders may begin Pack-Up from 4:30 pm onwards.

Clean-Up: Please ensure that your area is left clean and tidy. Waste disposal bins will be available around the grounds.

Traffic Management: Vehicles will be permitted onto the oval for Pack-Up only after 4:30 pm, following the direction of event staff. For safety, please drive carefully and be mindful of other stallholders and visitors. For stallholders inside the pavilion, please ensure you have parked as close to the main building as possible to ensure ease of unloading and reloading.

4. Safety and Compliance

Public Safety: Ensure all equipment is securely fastened and that walkways remain clear for attendees.

Insurance: Stallholders must provide proof of public liability insurance prior to the event.

Power Requirements: If you require power, ensure that all electrical items are tagged and tested for safety. Power access must be pre-booked and will be available at your stall location if requested.

5. General Information

Parking: Stallholder parking is available at the showgrounds. Please be mindful of disabled parking and parking for more senior visitors.

Stallholder Support: The Stallholder Coordinator will be available throughout the day to assist with any needs or queries. Please contact the office should you require assistance.

ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS
Please note that all food vendors must contact the Secretary prior to submitting an application, as site availability is limited. Applications submitted without prior contact may not be considered.
